Who We Are
Incorporated on May 4, 1976, Rincon Water Supply Corporation (RWSC), a not for profit corporation, was established to help bring, quality, affordable water to the rural areas of San Patricio and Aransas County.
All owners of property who purchase water from Rincon Water Supply Corporation are considered members under the by-laws. Rincon Water Supply Corporation is controlled by a seven member Board of Directors and operated by a General Manager, a Billing Clerk, and three licensed water distribution operators. Members of the Board of Directors are elected each year in April by the membership of Rincon Water Supply Corporation. Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM at 8896 CR 1458 in Taft (no meeting in December). These meetings are open to the public.

HOWEVER, MEMBERS USING DOXO.COM TO PAY YOUR WATER BILL MAY INCUR LATE PENALTIES DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOUR PAYMENT MAY NOT BE DELIVERED TO RINCON WATER SUPPLY ON TIME. ADDITIONALLY, DOXO.COM CHARGES A HIGHER FEE FOR USE THAN THE CREDIT CARD SERVICE USED BY RINCON WATER SUPPLY. IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED LATE, FROM DOXO OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT SOURCE, PENALTIES WILL BE APPLIED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Note: Failure to receive your water bill does not wave penalties.

If you are experiencing difficulty loging in to "View and Pay Your Bill" try using the following URL: https://rinconwater.epayub.com NOTICE: Failure to pay your bill by the 15th of the month it is due will result in penalties being assessed. Failure to pay your bill by the 25th of the month it is due will result in additional penalties and disconnection. Bills of any dollar amount not paid by the due date will be subject to disconnection. Reconnection following non-pay disconnect will require completion of new paperwork, new membership fee, and compliance with current Tariff and Cross-Connection Control requirements.
