Q. On my bill it says “MMC”, what does that mean?
A. There is a monthly membership charge that every customer pays based on
the size of their meter. This charge does not include the cost of any water usage.
Q. I believe my water meter was read wrong for the last bill, what can I do?
A. Placing a call to the customer service clerk will initiate a work order to verify the
reading. There is a charge for this service if the initial reading was correct.
Q. Can I set up my account to be paid automatically each month?
A. Yes, you may contact the billing clerk at Rincon Water Supply and she can assist you in setting up your account for automatic draft payment. This is a free service.
Q. Can I pay my bill by credit/debit card or check by phone?
A. Yes, we accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. We no longer accept e-checks or check by phone. You can pay by credit card or debit card by calling our office or clicking here. There is a processing fee of about 3% for all credit card charges.
Q. What if I have a water emergency after hours, how can I get in touch with someone to help me?
A. Rincon Water Supply Corporation has a licensed operator on-call 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. You may reach the on-call operator after hours by calling 361-528-4257.
Q. What can I do if I have a water leak and as a result have a very large water bill?
A. Call Rincon Water Supply Corporation before the 15th of the month and we can sometimes offer a payment plan that will allow easier payment of the high bill.
Q. Is Rincon Water Supply Corporation associated with the on-line payment service DOXO?
A. Absolutely not. If you choose to use this service you may, however, you must be aware of the fact that your payment may not reach Rincon Water on time and as a result you will be charged late fees.
Q. Does Rincon Water provide for online login to view and pay my account?
A. Yes. By going to the "View and Pay My Bill" tab on our home page (www.rinconwater.com) you may set up your account such that you may access your account online. Should you have difficulty please feel free to contact the Billing Clerk with Rincon Water for assistance.
Q. Can I access my account and/or pay my bill from my phone?
A. While Rincon Water does not have an "app" for accessing and paying your bill by phone or tablet, by using internet access and following the steps above, you can access or pay your account via phone or tablet.
