Our Services

New Service

To initiate water service with Rincon Water Supply we will need the following items:
     - Completed Service Application
     - Completed Service Agreement
     - Completed Easement form (must be signed           before a notary, RWSC has a notary on staff         at no charge)
     - Photo copy of your deed to the property                where service is requested showing you as           the owner
     - Color photo copy of your drivers license
     - Payment of fees
     - All new service connections and service                 transfers must have a Customer Service               Inspection completed by a licensed                       Customer Service Inspector or Water Supply         Protection Specialist within 30 days of                   service installation, service transfer, or in the         case of new construction within 30 days                following completion of the construction.
     - All new service connections and service                 transfers now require a backflow prevention         device to be installed within 18" of the water         meter and on the customer's side of the                 water meter.
Please note that all new service connections must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to installation.

Once the service is installed you will start receiving a bill around the 1st of each month which will be due by the 15th of the month.
Renter Service
If you have property that you plan to rent out, here are few things you might want to know:
     - While it is not required for you to do so, it is         advised that you have your renter contact             RWSC and set up an account. This will help         protect you, the property owner, incase the           renter leaves an unpaid bill.
     - To set up a renter account we must first have         a completed "Renter Authorization" form that         the Landlord must complete giving the                   renter permission to set up an account.
     - The renter will then need to complete the               "Renter Service Application" and pay the                Renter Deposit.

Reminder

Bills are due by close of business day on the 15th of each month in order to avoid a penalty.

Bills not paid by close of business on the 25th of each month will be scheduled for disconnection of service the next business day.
